Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapy where a you, as a client would be in a very relaxed state through the use of hypnosis techniques. This relaxed state is called ‘trance state’ and can be compared with being in the flow, when you’re completely engrossed in what you’re doing. For example, reading a good book, or playing a sport you love, or even daydreaming or meditating. You remain partly alert during a session and remember everything that has taken place. Because you have more insight into your needs and possibilities when in touch with the unconscious, the healing process can begin.

Hypnotherapy is effective for treating phobias, addictions, relationship problems, traumas, stress and burnout. In addition, it is highly effective in supporting clients increase their self-confidence and improving the work-life balance, achieving a healthier lifestyle.

The therapy is adapted per client depending on the intended treatment goal. My goal is to ensure that at the end of the therapy, you have better health, inner peace, balance and harmony.

Improve relationships unilaterally

Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional freedom techniques is a treatment method that can alleviate physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also known as tapping or psychological acupressure. Tapping can create a balance in your energy system and is extensively used for treating clients who have anxiety and who are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD.

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy, is a proven approach to therapy focused on building strong, healthy connections with yourself and others. Grounded in attachment theory and emotions science, EFT helps you transform negative patterns, leading to a happier, more fulfilling life and healthier relationships.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is highly effective in treating clients who suffer from trauma and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).  During EMDR therapy, you would relive the traumatic experience as I simultaneously direct your eye movements.  Because your attention is on the eye movement, the emotional response to the trauma reduces.  In the end, you will still have the memory without the emotional response you had in the past to the traumatic event.

NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming can support you learning how to reprogram the way you process information and helps you to become aware of successes in the past and how to incorporate these successes to other areas in your life. Together with hypnotherapy, NLP can be an effective tool in supporting you to live healthier, have more effective communication and increase your self-esteem.
